Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for an *Estimator/Sales Rep*. This position will be a Direct Hire role in Dothan, AL.
*Estimator/Sales Rep Job Description: *
In this role, you will be responsible for estimating costs of construction and remodeling jobs. This postion will aid the company in selling jobs as well as meeting and discussing projects with clients and potential clients. Responsible for identifying every cost that goes into a project.
* helping team create a proposal
* tracking the costs of a project
* understanding customer specifications
* proposing a final budget for a project.
*Estimator/Sales Rep Job Requirements and Skills Set: *
* Previous estimating experience in home building and remodeling construction is required
* Previous sales experience
* Must be detail oriented
* Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment while under pressure
* must be able to meet deadlines
*Estimator/Sales Rep Education Requirements: *
High School Diploma
*Work Schedule: *
Workdays: Monday- Friday
Work Hours: 7-4 but needs to be flexible
*Pay Rate: *
$40,000-60,000
